Rule one of cardio beginners

I have many clients come in saying they do 20 minutes 30 minutes on the treadmill and they stop and do their work out. The reason They stopped is because at the 20 minute mark thats when it starts to become difficult and the sweat comes.That’s also when you actually start to burn fat.Again the first 20 minutes of cardio you were just warming up your body has not started to burn any fat yet. That is why 40 minutes of cardio is perfect that gives you a solid 20 minutes of fat burning time. Does not matter what level it is on keep the machine on the lowest level time is more important when you’re beginning.
